Coto de Caza, CA (PRWEB) September 3, 2008 — With the national election two months away, Anthony N. English announces publication of the first edition of ”How to Vote with Purpose, Passion and Power.”

Anthony English became interested in politics on November 22, 1963 when he was sworn in as a US citizen at almost the exact time John F. Kennedy was assassinated and has, unlike almost 50% of the electorate, voted in every election since that time.
The question is “are voters stupid, gullible or they just don’t care?” Quoting Theodore Roosevelt, “We in America do not have government by the majority; we have government by the majority of those who participate.” English’s thesis is “your one vote counts.” One more vote per precinct would have elected Richard Nixon instead of John F. Kennedy.
Inspired by the many criminal, inept, self indulgent and ill informed politicians we elect, English has written this book as a primer for young voters now eligible because of age and those immigrants now qualified to vote as a result of newly acquired citizenship and, also, as an inspiration to existing voters who either don’t vote or who have never really properly exercised their voting potential. English has emphasized the importance of the single vote and the theme “your vote can make a difference.” This book tries to answer the question “are voters stupid, gullible or disinterested?”
